This notice describes how information submitted through the public RevTrends website is handled.

Information you provide

When you apply for beta access, the form asks for contact information, company information, and details about your current reporting and software environment. The form is provided by Keap and submissions are sent directly to Keap for contact management and follow-up.

How the information is used

Information from the beta application may be used to evaluate beta fit, respond to your application, arrange a conversation, and communicate about RevTrends. It is not presented as customer financial data and should not be used to submit confidential accounting records.

Service providers

The public website is hosted by Vercel. The application form and related contact workflows are provided by Keap. Google Analytics is used to measure website traffic and usage. Those providers may process technical and form-submission data according to their own service terms and privacy practices.

Cookies and technical data

Google Analytics may collect information such as visited pages, approximate location derived from network information, device and browser characteristics, referring pages, and interaction timestamps. Keap may use browser storage, cookies, or similar technologies to operate the embedded form, prevent abuse, and attribute form activity. Vercel may process ordinary request information needed to serve the website securely.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit the form. Browser controls or privacy tools may be used to limit cookies or analytics. If you have already applied and want to update or remove the information associated with your application, reply to a RevTrends communication with that request.

Changes

This notice may be updated as the beta and website evolve. The revision date above will identify the current version.
